One company, two iconic brands

Built on 140 year of innovation and adventure Jaguar Land Rover brings together two much loved, highly prestigious British car brands: Jaguar and Land Rover. In 2008, the two were bought by Tata Motors, India’s largest automobile manufacturer, and officially joined together as one iconic company in 2013. Sales and profits have risen year on year, with more exciting chapters in the histories of these two brands still to be written.

Scheduling needs

Jaguar Land Rover has a large internal fleet of vehicles (Own Used Vehicles) in each of the 24 markets around the globe. This internal fleet is, for example, used for sales and marketing/pr purposes such as press events and loaning cars to journalist, influencers and VIPs. Jaguar Land Rover needed a unified system across all markets in order to gain insight in how these vehicles are utilized in each markets and with the new system increase the usage of them.


Booker25 was selected to help visualize their Own Used Vehicle fleet creating a representation of the vehicles on loan in a easy to use calendar and is now an integral part of the request process.

A fleet manager or administrator will receive a request from an employee or external party such as a journalist. Using a custom build filter (created by Jaguar Land Rover) they can search based on colour, type, model or specific registration and find the available vehicle matching the criteria in Booker25. When making a reservation on Booker25 the request in then send along for approval.

Booker25 is a very visual and intuitive booking platform which give us a clear overview of our fleet Own Used Vehicles. We are now using 500 licences worldwide and are starting to create real insights in the usage of our vehicles. The Booker25 team was very helpful in setting up the platform and good to work with
